Should Etoricoxib be taken with food?

All oral NSAIDs should be taken with food or milk to reduce gastric irritation. Topical formulations apply directly to skin without food restrictions.

What are the GI risks of Etoricoxib?

NSAIDs can cause gastric ulceration, bleeding, and perforation — risk increases with age, concurrent steroids, anticoagulants, or H. pylori. A PPI (omeprazole, pantoprazole) should be co-prescribed for patients over 65 or with additional GI risk factors.

Does Etoricoxib affect blood pressure?
