How do I place an order?

Browse our catalogue and add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You can also contact us directly on WhatsApp with the product name and quantity β our team will confirm availability, pricing, and payment details within 2 hours.
Do I need a prescription?

Some medicines require a prescription. You can upload your prescription during checkout, or select our consultation option (+$2) to have our licensed pharmacist review your case and issue a prescription if appropriate.
Can I order for someone else?

Yes. Simply provide the patient's details and prescription (if required) during checkout. We ship to the billing address provided.
What quantities can I order?

We accept orders from 1 unit to bulk wholesale quantities. For 10+ units, please contact us directly for preferential pricing and a formal proforma invoice.
Can you source medicines not listed on the site?

Absolutely. We can source most specialty, oncology, and rare medicines not listed. Contact us on WhatsApp with the medicine name, strength, and quantity required.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?

We primarily ship to USA πΊπΈ, UK π¬π§, and UAE π¦πͺ. We also ship to many other countries β contact us to confirm availability for your location.
How long does delivery take?

UK & Europe: 7β10 days. USA & Canada: 10β14 days. Middle East & Asia: 5β8 days. All timelines are from dispatch date.
Is shipping tracked?

Yes. All international shipments are fully tracked via express courier or EMS. You will receive your tracking number by email once dispatched.
What about customs and duties?

We provide full export documentation and customs paperwork. Most personal-use medicine imports are exempt from duties, but regulations vary by country. We cannot be held responsible for local customs decisions.
What if my order is seized by customs?

In the rare event of a customs seizure, we will reship your order once at no additional cost, subject to verification. This is our commitment to you.
Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no pharmacy branding on the outside. The invoice describes contents generically.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), PayPal, and Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20 / Bitcoin). Payment is required before dispatch for all international orders.
Is it safe to pay by bank transfer?

Yes. International bank transfers are the standard method for cross-border medicine purchases. We provide our full banking details β including SWIFT, IBAN, bank address, and beneficiary address β on the checkout page.
Do you offer credit terms?

Credit terms are available for verified wholesale accounts (clinics, hospitals, pharmacies). Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can I get a proforma invoice before paying?

Yes. Simply place your order and our team will email you a formal proforma invoice which you can use for your bank transfer or insurance claims.
Product Authenticity
Are your medicines genuine?

Yes, 100%. We source exclusively from authorised Indian manufacturers and licensed distributors. Every product carries a manufacturer batch number that is fully traceable. We have been supplying internationally since 2015.
How can I verify authenticity?

Every product comes with its original manufacturer packaging. Batch numbers can be verified directly with the manufacturer. We can also provide distributor certificates on request for bulk orders.
Do you sell generic medicines?

Yes. We offer both branded and high-quality Indian generic equivalents of many medicines. Generics contain the same active ingredients and are manufactured to the same standards β often at a fraction of the branded price.
What is the expiry policy?

All medicines dispatched have a minimum of 12 months remaining before expiry at the time of shipping, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Account & Orders
Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can also log in to My Account to view order status.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
+
Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make changes.
Do you store my personal data?

We store only the minimum data necessary to process your order, in line with GDPR. We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
I have a complaint β who do I contact?

We take all complaints seriously. Please WhatsApp us or email us directly. We aim to resolve all issues within 24 hours.
